1) Online Registration will be done through school website – www.dav14gurgaon.com 

2) To fill the Online Registration Form, register your mobile number and click on "GENERATE CODE". Wait for 2-3 minutes to receive the password on your screen.

3) Save the Mobile Number and the Password securely and use the same credentials to login on this site to access your registration form.

4) Please fill the form in CAPITAL LETTERS only.

5) Kindly keep the photographs in SOFT copy ready for uploading while filling the form. (Child’s,  Father’s  and Mother’s photograph). 

* The size of the photograph should not exceed 200 KB and should not be less than 50KB.

6) Also keep the SOFT COPY ready of the documents to be uploaded while filling the form. 

* Ensure the document is clearly visible and not blurred.

* For uploading multiple pages in a single document, Please scan all the pages in one pdf file and then upload. 

*Only Pdf format less than 200 KB can be uploaded.

DO NOT UPLOAD PASSWORD-PROTECTED FILES.

8)  If payment process is not completed successfully due to any reason, proceed again using the same Mobile No & password.

9) Using the same mobile no and password, take the printout of the form for future reference.

All documents listed below should be produced in original at the time of verification/ admission and self attested photocopies to be submitted with the Registration forms.

• BIRTH CERTIFICATE - Issued to the child by the Municipal Corporation (Attested photocopy with the form and Original at the time of Admission).
• PROOF OF RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS - Passport/ Water Bill/ Electricity Bill/ Telephone Bill (Landline or Post Paid Mobile Bill) (not older than last three months) / Election Commission Photo ID Card/ Driving Licence/ Aadhaar Card/Ration Card/ Gas Connection Bill/ Photocopy of Passbook of running Bank Account/ Income Tax Assessment Order/ Registered Rent Agreement along with one Identity Proof of the parents.
• School will also verify the residential address through home visits.
• PROOF OF SIBLING - Photocopy of Latest Fee slip (Applicable only for Real brother/sister of Sec-14/10A branch)
• PROOF OF ALUMNI (Only for D.A.V. Public School, Sector-14 Gurugram) -  Senior Secondary/ Secondary Board Certificate. (Applicable only for parents of the child seeking admission)
• SINGLE PARENT-  A valid legal document certifying the same.              

PHOTOGRAPH  OF  THE  CHILD  –  Recent coloured Passport-size photograph of the child clicked in the month of July/August to be affixed.
